The General Conference Journal is a great way to organize your notes during conference 

and be able to reference them more easily later on!

She even has a FREE printable for the tabs

so all you have to do is print and assemble!

(And p.s. We also shared that this could be a great Value Project for almost any value (though in the magazine this month we focused on Faith). Make the journal and then watch all 8+ hours of conference, taking notes and writing your impressions during each talk. Afterwards you can write down your testimony of the Prophet and Apostles, how you felt the Spirit, what impressions you had, etc.)

And you still have 2 days before conference! Plenty of time to make this simple project!
